This building is in a good posh area across the road of 80' in the center of the city, there are good commercial showrooms near it, so in designing this building, we had to think from a different view and we had to do it differently from the other buildings so that the neighboring buildings It looks a little different than that, so we took ventilation and sun light into consideration and took the west wall up to 4 meters so that proper sun light is available from 6 am to 12 noon.

Inside this building, a glass view is provided in front of the road and a lift is provided so that the view of the bar is also given and the lift is not packed. Keeping that in mind, we have done plantation and back side plan work on every floor inside this building so that natural oxygen and sun light are available.
