This building was very important to us because it was only the second year of Hope Architects so there was an enthusiasm and passion for the work to do something different in the projects. In which ventilation, light and garden view from the living room were designed. By which we get better and bigger projects in the future. The plot size of this bungalow was only 40' by 40' in which air can be circulated from the terrace from the far side.

Inside this building, the client hoped that if the car is parked, the sun should not fall on it So we kept the parking on the North West side in which the wall of the West side was kept 11' and 5' hanging balcony. So the parking is covered.
